Send a useful first message

A short, concrete description is enough to start. Tell us what print product or workflow you are dealing with, what your current platform does, and what it must do instead. If you can safely share a representative specification or a redacted output file, say that it exists. Do not send customer artwork, production credentials, personal data, or a live system export in a first message.

Use the project brief to send the constraint and a reply address. It reaches the project review process; there is no separate sales demo or appointment funnel.

What helps us assess fit

For a pricing problem, describe the factors that change the estimate: size, substrate, quantity, finishing, customer tier, setup or freight. One known-good quote and one quote the current system gets wrong are more useful than a long feature wish list.

For output quality, describe the required file, what the editor produces, and which prepress check fails. For an integration, name the systems and the point where an order loses information or duplicates. For a stalled build, describe what is live, what cannot be released, and which decision is needed: complete, replace, migrate or stop.

A written brief does not commit either side to a project. It lets us decide whether a bounded discovery step is justified and which unanswered questions affect scope.

Please say which decision you need next. You may need a feasibility view, a migration choice, or a complete scope. Those are different conversations. If a proprietary system is involved, tell us whether you control an export or have access to its documented interface. That detail can determine whether a proposed integration is lawful and technically supportable. If there is a deadline, explain what event drives it rather than asking for a date before the work is understood.
