How W2P Solution is priced

W2P Solution is sold as a yearly plan only, paid through PayPal and renewed automatically each year at the same amount until cancelled. The plan covers managed hosting on Netbase VPS and team setup of your store. Netbase Cloud, enterprise and on-premise arrangements are quoted separately. Current plan details are available on request.

What determines the structure of a W2P Solution plan?

A plan is structured along two choices: the edition (Retail, B2B Procurement or Marketplace) and the hosting tier. Each edition carries a fixed feature set, described on its own page. The standard plan runs on Netbase VPS, with managed hosting included; Netbase Cloud is quoted separately. Edition and hosting tier are the two inputs that set which plan a subscriber is on, and neither is negotiated per subscriber, which is why the structure can be explained in full without a figure attached to it.

How is a plan billed?

W2P Solution plans are billed yearly only, through PayPal. There is no plan billed more often than once a year, and no separate evaluation period inside the plan. The plan renews automatically each year at the same amount until the subscriber cancels it. A subscriber can pay from a PayPal account or by card through PayPal's own checkout. Netbase JSC is the merchant of record for every subscription.

What does the yearly plan include?

  • Managed hosting on Netbase VPS, as an isolated store instance with its own database and storage
  • Setup of your store by the Netbase team, handed over within 7 business days
  • Set-up products included in the plan: 10 on Retail, 30 on B2B Procurement and 50 on Marketplace
  • Automatic upgrades and managed backups for as long as the plan runs
  • The feature set of the edition you choose

Products are set up in batches of up to 10, with two revision rounds per batch. The first version has no self-serve setup wizard: the Netbase team sets up every store, so you receive a store that is ready for review rather than an empty one to configure yourself.

How does renewal and cancellation work?

A plan renews automatically each year on the edition the subscriber is on, at the same amount, until the subscriber cancels. A cancelled plan keeps running to the end of the paid year. Fees already paid are not refunded, so cancelling early does not return the unused part of the year. When a subscriber leaves, a full export of the store data (database, files and print files) is available.

Can you change edition later?

Yes. A plan can be upgraded at any time, for example from Retail to B2B Procurement, and the unused part of the paid year is credited toward the new plan. A downgrade takes effect at renewal, not part-way through the year. Nothing already configured is lost on an upgrade, because each edition beyond Retail includes everything Retail does.

What happens if a renewal payment fails?

After a failed renewal payment the store has a 10-day grace period to resolve the payment. The storefront is never locked for a failed payment.

What moves a deployment to a quote instead of the standard plan?

Three arrangements are quoted separately rather than listed. Netbase Cloud, the premium hosting tier with region choice and version pinning on request, is one. An enterprise arrangement for B2B Procurement and Marketplace deployments that outgrow standard limits, with a named contact, extension maintenance and a custom usage allowance, is another. A fully on-premise licence, for organisations whose policy requires running the software on their own infrastructure, is the third; see on-premise licence. None is self-serve: each starts from a project brief, because the scope driving the quote is specific to the organisation.

How do I evaluate W2P Solution before paying?

Through a guided demo. Book a demo and a specialist walks through the edition you are considering and answers your catalogue and pricing questions. There is no other evaluation path before you subscribe, so use the demo to settle your questions first. A view-only demo store will open later.

Where do you find current plan details?

This page states how a plan is structured: yearly billing, automatic renewal, cancellation, upgrades, the grace period, what the plan includes, and what moves a deployment onto a quote. It does not state a figure for any plan. Current yearly plan details for the edition you are considering are shared on request: send a project brief naming the edition and, if relevant, your expected usage.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, within the standard plans. Every subscriber on the same edition is on the same fixed feature set and the same billing cycle; nothing is negotiated per subscriber outside the quoted arrangements.

No. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the paid year and fees already paid are not refunded.

Yes, through Netbase Cloud, the enterprise path or the on-premise licence; each is arranged by proposal.

Send a project brief naming the edition you are considering; current yearly plan details are shared directly, with the renewal and cancellation terms stated alongside them.
