Who handles an enquiry
Web2Print Solutions is operated by Netbase JSC, a company headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam. Netbase JSC is responsible for the project enquiries sent through this website. The legal notice identifies the operator. Use the contact page for questions about this notice or your information.
We welcome project enquiries from partners in different countries. Sending an enquiry can involve processing across borders; the location of our current infrastructure does not limit where a partner may be based.
Information we collect and why
The contact and project brief forms ask for your name, reply email, an optional subject and a message. You may choose to include your company, role and technical context. We use this information to understand the problem, assess whether our services fit and reply to you. The forms ask you to agree to this notice before sending and record the time and version of the notice associated with your enquiry.
Please do not put customer personal data, live credentials, unredacted exports or artwork you are not authorised to share in a first message. The launch forms do not accept attachments. If a file is needed later, we will agree on a suitable exchange route and explain its handling before you send it.
We also process technical information needed to operate and protect the site. This includes IP addresses in web server and security logs, which help us deliver pages, limit abusive submissions and investigate errors. The visitor IP address is not stored as part of the project brief record.
Where information is handled
Our current application origin is on a Netbase VPS hosted by Contabo in the United States. Project enquiries are stored in the Web2Print application database there. Authorised Netbase personnel may review and respond to them from Vietnam. Cloudflare handles public DNS and the website's global edge connection, so request metadata may be processed through its network before it reaches the application.
The application uses Amazon Simple Email Service in the United States (us-east-1) to send a generic alert to a Netbase-controlled inbox when a new enquiry arrives. The alert does not contain your name, reply address or message; the team reviews those details in the protected application. The form does not send an automatic acknowledgement or subscribe you to marketing messages.
Our providers and operating locations may change as the service develops. We will update this notice to describe material changes to how project enquiries are handled. If a future exchange needs production data or customer files, we will explain the relevant handling separately before asking you to send them.
Cookies and measurement
The site uses essential session and security cookies to operate the forms and remember your consent choice. A new consent choice can be remembered for up to 180 days; other essential cookies may expire sooner. You can remove cookies through your browser, although this may require you to make the choice again or affect form operation.
We do not use an analytics or advertising tag at launch. If that changes, we will review the notice and any choices required before enabling the new measurement.
How long information is kept
An open enquiry remains available while we assess or respond to it. After a case is marked resolved, we retain its enquiry record for no more than 180 days. Web access and error logs are kept for no more than 30 days. Encrypted backups of the Web2Print application are kept for no more than 35 days and may contain an enquiry until they expire. A legal obligation or an active dispute may require specific information to be preserved longer; we would limit its use during that period.
The internal new-enquiry alert contains no visitor details. We do not use it as a second store of the project brief.
Your choices and requests
Use the contact page to ask what personal information we hold about your enquiry or to request access, correction, restriction or deletion. You can also withdraw your consent to our handling of your enquiry. Which rights apply, and any limits on a request, depend on the applicable law. We may need to verify that you are entitled to the information before we disclose or change it.
Where deletion applies, we remove information from active records and allow the limited-life backups to expire. You can ask how a particular request has been handled through the same contact route.
