Web-to-print delivery records and case studies

The Web2Print Solutions evidence section publishes records and case studies of web-to-print work delivered or designed by Netbase JSC. Every record carries one status label, a check date and a statement of what it does not prove. Live stores are linked so a buyer can inspect them; closed stores and proposals are labelled as such.

Live web-to-print stores you can visit today

These are live online stores, operated by their owners in Europe, Asia and North America, that use web-to-print components delivered by Netbase JSC, which operates Web2Print Solutions. Each card names the store, its product category and country, says what the store showed on the check date and links to it so a buyer can inspect it.

Print It of South Florida, United States: a commercial print storefront

Print It of South Florida is a US commercial printer whose online storefront sells business cards, marketing materials, signs and banners, labels, promotional products and same-day printing. Netbase JSC customised the store's web-to-print ordering for canvas, apparel, signage and promotional products in a custom project. The store was live when checked on 2026-09-30.

ID art, United States: a web-to-print store setup, now offline

ID art is a graphics business in the United States for which Netbase JSC delivered a web-to-print store setup and customisation, with project records from December 2021 to June 2026. On 2026-09-30 the store address, idart.shop, forwarded to a coming-soon page, so this record is labelled Delivered (store no longer online) without a link.

What counts as evidence on this site?

A page belongs in this section only if a buyer can use it to test what Web2Print Solutions says. That rules out mock-ups, unnamed "leading printer" stories and results nobody measured. What remains is two kinds of record:

  • Case studies of one client engagement: who the client is, what market it serves, what problem the work addressed, what was delivered or designed, on which platform, and when it was last checked.
  • Group records that cover many clients at once, such as the list of live web-to-print stores you can visit today.

The businesses named in these case studies are Netbase JSC clients; the web-to-print work described was delivered or designed by Netbase JSC, which operates Web2Print Solutions. Names, links and screenshots are shown with the operator's authorization and removed on request.

No client is named, logo shown, or work identified on this site without that client's release or the operator's recorded authorization, and a named client can ask for removal at any time.

How do the status labels work?

Every record carries exactly one label, and the label describes the state of the work on the check date printed on the page.

Label What it means What a buyer can do
Delivered — live store The work was delivered and the client's store answered on the check date Open the store and try the product pages
Delivered (store no longer online) The work was delivered, but the store has closed, moved or has no public address Read the record; no link is published
In delivery The engagement is under way and the work is not finished Read the scope; no result is implied
Solution design / consulting Netbase JSC designed and proposed the solution; it was not built Read the designed scope; it is not a delivered store

A label is not a verdict on the client. A store can close for reasons that have nothing to do with its software, and a proposal can be the right advice even when it is not taken up. Proposals are published because solution design is a service in its own right, and they are never presented as delivered stores.

What does no record claim?

No record claims traffic, sales, conversion, uptime or another result unless the client has stated it with a method, period and source; none of the current records does. Prices, contacts and personal names are removed from every page and screenshot. Web2Print Solutions is the web-to-print engineering service of Netbase JSC. Delivery records cited on this site belong to Netbase JSC; where no delivered example of a capability is published, the page says so rather than implying a record.

Which case studies are published?

Delivered — live store

  • Botak Sign, Singapore: a sign and display printer with several hundred products, upload and online design routes, and a migration and upgrade project.
  • LynxDigiPrint, Netherlands: a Dutch print and design studio where free online design from templates is the main way to order business forms and cards.
  • Print It of South Florida, United States: a commercial printer's custom storefront that separates fast catalogue ordering from a quote route for complex jobs.

  • ID art, United States: a web-to-print store setup and customisation whose store address now shows a coming-soon page.
  • ADPOP Design, United States: a web-to-print setup and customisation with no public store address on record, and what such a record can prove.

How are records checked and kept current?

Each store is opened with an ordinary browser from Hanoi, read-only: nothing is ordered, no account is created and cookie banners are declined. Screenshots are cropped to the storefront, with prices, contact details, third-party marks and identifiable faces blurred. Every page states its check date, and a label changes when the store's state changes or when the client asks. How engagements are scoped and accepted is set out in how we work.

What should you do next?

Open one of the live stores closest to your own catalogue, then send a project brief that names it, the products you would sell and what must be different in your pricing, artwork or production. A concrete reference shortens the first conversation more than any description on this site.
