Web2Print Solutions is operated by Netbase JSC, a company headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam.

The property describes commissioned web-to-print engineering. It is not represented as a separate legal entity. The about page explains its scope and the kinds of work for which it invites a project brief. Any formal engagement depends on written terms agreed by the contracting parties; this website is not itself a contract or a quote.

Using this website

A standard named in a technical article would describe a potential output requirement, not a credential held by the operator.
