What does a W2P Solution demo show?
A demo is a guided, live walkthrough of the edition you are considering: Retail, B2B Procurement or Marketplace. A specialist shows the storefront and designer from a buyer's point of view, the pricing rules behind a sample product, the production queue an order moves through, and, for B2B Procurement or Marketplace, the approval chain or vendor routing that edition adds. The call is built around questions about your own catalogue and pricing, not a fixed script.
What does each edition's demo cover?
-
Retail demo
The storefront and designer a buyer sees, how a price updates as options change, checkout, and the print-ready PDF and production queue an order generates.
-
B2B Procurement demo
Everything in the Retail demo, plus organisations and roles, an approval chain in action, cost centres and budgets, and contract pricing against the public catalogue price.
-
Marketplace demo
Everything in the Retail demo, plus vendor accounts, per-vendor print capability, and how an order splits and routes to the vendor that can produce it.
What do we need from you before the call?
A short request form captures your company, the edition you are interested in, your current platform if you have one, and your timing. No payment card is requested at any point in the demo process. Knowing your current catalogue size, your pricing complexity, and whether approvals or multiple vendors matter to you lets the specialist spend the call on what is actually relevant to your decision.
Why a demo instead of a test store?
The Netbase team sets up every W2P Solution store: it is handed over within 7 business days, with set-up products added in batches of up to 10 and two revision rounds per batch. A store is therefore built for you, not opened empty for you to configure, and the demo is how you evaluate the platform before subscribing. A specialist shows the edition on a sample catalogue and answers questions about your own, so you can judge the fit before paying the yearly plan. How W2P Solution is priced explains that plan.
What happens after the demo?
If the edition fits, you request the current yearly plan details through a project brief and agree the plan, which is paid yearly through PayPal. The Netbase team then sets up your store. If you need Netbase Cloud, an enterprise arrangement or on-premise delivery, those are quoted separately. Nothing is automatic: you decide, or take more time.
Is there a demo store you can explore without booking a call?
Not yet. A self-serve, view-only demo store is being prepared and will open later; until it does, booking a guided call is the way to see the product working. This is a statement of what exists today, not a promise of a date.

Frequently asked questions
No. A demo is a conversation and a look at the product; subscribing is a separate decision you make afterwards if you choose to.
Yes, if more than one edition is relevant to your decision, say so on the request form and the call can cover the comparison directly.
Length varies with how many questions you bring; most calls are built around a working session on your own catalogue and pricing rather than a fixed-length pitch.
You decide whether to subscribe to the edition you reviewed, request an enterprise or on-premise conversation, or take more time; nothing is automatic.
