What is W2P Solution?

W2P Solution is a white-label, subscription web-to-print store platform engineered and operated by Netbase JSC. Instead of commissioning a platform from scratch, a print business, corporate buyer or print network subscribes to a ready store: a personalisable catalogue, a built-in online designer, print-ready file generation, and a production queue, running under its own brand. Every store is its own isolated instance, with its own database and storage, hosted and automatically upgraded by Netbase. This directory covers the subscription product. Web2Print Solutions also engineers custom web-to-print platforms to commission, for requirements a subscription edition does not cover.

Which edition is for you?

Three editions share one product and differ in who they are built for.

• Retail is for print shops, photo and gift sellers and promotional product sellers who want a branded store with a designer, print pricing rules and a production queue, without commissioning custom software.
• B2B Procurement adds organisations, teams, approval chains, cost centres, quotes and contract pricing for enterprise buyers and the printers who serve them.
• Marketplace adds vendor accounts, per-vendor print capability and order routing for print networks, franchise groups and multi-producer platforms.

Each edition includes everything in Retail, so moving from Retail to B2B Procurement or Marketplace extends a store rather than replacing it.

How does hosting work?

Every store runs on one of two hosting tiers, both owned and managed by Netbase and both members of the same automatic-upgrade fleet, so the choice is about tier, not about who operates the store.

Netbase holds root access on both tiers; there is no server administration on the subscriber's side. A separate on-premise licence exists for organisations whose policy requires running the software on their own infrastructure; see on-premise licence.

What is included in every plan?

• An isolated store instance: its own database, storage and queue, never shared with another store
• An online designer embedded in the storefront for the subscriber's customers
• Print pricing rules for options, quantities and sizes
• A print-ready PDF generated for every order, with a production queue and order status
• Managed backups, monitoring and automatic stable-channel upgrades
• Store setup by the Netbase team, including set-up products: 10 on Retail, 30 on B2B Procurement and 50 on Marketplace, added in batches of up to 10 with two revision rounds per batch

How do you get started?

1. Book a demo. A guided walkthrough of the edition you are considering; see book a demo.
2. Choose the edition that fits your business: Retail, B2B Procurement or Marketplace.
3. Agree the yearly plan. Send a project brief naming the edition, and the current yearly plan details come back to you directly. The plan is paid through PayPal with Netbase JSC as merchant of record, and it renews automatically each year at the same amount until cancelled.
4. The Netbase team sets up your store and hands it over within 7 business days. You do not configure it yourself; the team builds the store around your brand and sets up your first products.
5. Go live on a subdomain, or on a custom domain once it is verified.

The plan is billed yearly only. How W2P Solution is priced covers renewal, cancellation, upgrades and the grace period after a failed payment.

Need something the product does not do?

A subscription edition is a fixed feature set, shared across every subscriber. Some requirements, a non-standard pricing model, a specific ERP or MIS integration, or a storefront that must sit inside an existing e-commerce platform, need custom engineering instead. Can I pay in smaller instalments? No. Plans are billed yearly only, through PayPal, and renew automatically each year until cancelled.
