W2P Solution vs Infigo: web-to-print platform comparison

Infigo and W2P Solution are both web-to-print platforms with white-label storefronts, and neither publishes a price list. Infigo names native connections to five MIS and operations systems, while W2P Solution is a managed store platform the Netbase JSC team sets up within 7 business days. This page compares them on dated public facts from 6 November 2026.

What is being compared here?

This page sets W2P Solution beside Infigo for a print business that is deciding between them or looking for an Infigo alternative. Infigo is a market player with its own customers; nothing here is a verdict on it. Every statement about Infigo paraphrases its website as read on 6 November 2026 and is registered in a claim record with its source address. Infigo's site does not cover every criterion in the table, and where it does not, the table says so rather than guessing. W2P Solution is the white-label web-to-print store platform of Netbase JSC, the company behind Web2Print Solutions, so this page has an interest and says where Infigo is the stronger choice. For all the platforms people usually shortlist together, see web-to-print platforms compared.

Where is Infigo stronger?

Infigo is stronger where a print business already runs a print MIS and wants orders to land in it. Its site names native connections to printIQ, CERM, Tharstern, LabelTraxx and Veracore, and an open API for the rest. W2P Solution does not publish a native connector list, and a connection to a named MIS is scoped as commissioned work.

Infigo also lists the account-based features that trade and corporate customers ask for: credit accounts, a purchase-order flow, multi-user permissions and brand-locked templates. Approvals overlap with W2P Solution's B2B Procurement edition, which adds organisations and budgets. Infigo's name for its editor, MegaEdit, and its portal model are established parts of its offer, and a print business whose customers already use an Infigo portal will have a switching cost to weigh.

Where is W2P Solution stronger?

Neither platform publishes a price list, so there is no pricing advantage either way. W2P Solution's differences are in delivery and build.

  • A fixed set-up window. The Netbase JSC team sets up every store and hands it over within 7 business days. There is no self-serve wizard.
  • Print output for every order line. For every paid order, the store obtains a print-ready PDF for each order line and keeps its own copy with a checksum and trim and bleed boxes.
  • Managed hosting with isolation. Each store is its own instance with its own database and storage, with managed backups and automatic upgrades.
  • An extension layer. Customer code ships as its own package and is tested per store before that store is upgraded.
  • A print API with person-approved AI. The platform is built on Laravel and a print API that Netbase JSC develops and runs. Its AI artwork jobs are approved or rejected by a person.

The limits are real. The first release supports flat print products such as cards, flyers and posters, and punch-out is not available on any edition.

What are the Infigo alternatives for web-to-print storefronts?

Alternatives to Infigo depend on what you want to keep from it. The sources below describe five, and none is ranked.

  • W2P Solution fits a business that wants a managed store platform, a fixed launch window and quote-only pricing, and that does not need a named native MIS connector today.
  • DesignNBuy says it integrates with WooCommerce, Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce and Wix, links to RIP, MIS and ERP systems, and offers subscription and perpetual licence options. See W2P Solution vs DesignNBuy.
  • Pressero is a cloud-hosted storefront platform from Aleyant with tiered plans per product line, approval plans, budgets and purchase orders, and its own cloud MIS. See W2P Solution vs Pressero.
  • OnPrintShop lists corporate storefronts, single sign-on and punch-out, names four MIS systems and offers a reseller and partner programme.
  • Printess is an editor, not a storefront. It lists Infigo among nine integrations, so it can complement Infigo as well as compete with it.

Directory lists of Infigo alternatives mix full platforms with editors and general design tools. Decide first whether you need a store, an editor or both.

Which print business fits which platform?

Choose Infigo if your MIS is one of its named connections and your customers buy on accounts with purchase orders and credit. Choose W2P Solution if you want a store launched and managed by one team within 7 business days, sell flat print products, and value a separate extension layer for custom work. If your MIS is not on any vendor's list, ask each vendor for a written plan to connect it before comparing anything else.

What should you send if you are still deciding?

Send a project brief naming your MIS and its version, your current storefront, the product types you sell and the one requirement you cannot trade away. We will say plainly whether W2P Solution fits. You can also try the self-serve demo store or read how a quote is shaped.

Limitations

Statements about Infigo and the other market players come from each vendor's own website as read on 6 November 2026 and may have changed. Infigo's site does not describe its hosting, set-up or build, so those cells are marked as not covered, not assumed absent. No price, rate, review rating or ranking is given for any platform. Web2Print Solutions is operated by Netbase JSC, a company headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam. Netbase JSC also operates W2P Solution.
